Drew Roberts is the Founder and Executive Director of Slopes to Hope. He founded the organization after recognizing an opportunity to support people experiencing homelessness by giving new life to donated winter clothing and reducing landfill waste.

Originally from Wisconsin, where he owned and operated restaurants, Drew brought a strong foundation in operations and team leadership when he relocated to Colorado in 2022. Since moving to Breckenridge, he immediately immersed himself in local community service—serving as President of the Breckenridge Mountain Rotary Club, founding the Tenmile Toastmasters Club in Frisco, holding leadership roles in Toastmasters District 26, and working as the Events Coordinator for the Colorado Forward Party. This track record of local civic involvement led directly to his full-time focus on building Slopes to Hope.
